He is 100% dedicated to his clients and makes every session feel like you’re working out with a mate (not just someone you’re just paying to through the motions like some PTs make it feel)! Which helped me with motivation and boosted confidence in the gym and outside it too!
Josh always made himself available for any questions, advice or just a spot in the gym (on non training days) - I also appreciate how he would just check in with a WhatsApp or a call to see how you was doing and to help you keep track of your diet (if you are “looking at losing weight).

Have You Overcome Any Hurdles Since Working With Myself?
"I re-started my Gym journey a year ago now and decided I needed some help! I wasn’t progressing even though I was going to the gym 3 days a week and eating around 1100 calories a day, I couldn’t work out why until I asked Josh to pt me! Josh crafted an in-depth work out plan that worked around my work/family schedule as well as worked out my daily macros & calorific needs.
From the first session Josh gave me step by step guidance on how to get the best out of the exercises he had planned for me, making sure I was using correct form, bracing at the right time and pushing myself to actually work the muscles. Every week we have a check in chat where he looks at my progress asks of any struggles and he is always on hand to help if I ever have any questions too, he is extremely patient.
